Job summary

RVC Associates Pune seeks a Graduate/Inter CA/ Inter CMA to maintain and validate lease data supporting global lease accounting and reporting; you will liaise with internal and external partners to ensure data completeness and accuracy.

You will enter equipment and real estate lease data into lease accounting software daily, respond to inquiries, prepare reconciliations, support month-end close, and maintain trackers while safeguarding confidentiality in a global team spanning time zones and

Role & responsibilities

Responsible for the maintenance and validation of lease data supporting global lease accounting and reporting. Supports and liaises with broad range of internal and external business partners to ensure completeness and accuracy of lease accounting data.

Reviews and actions equipment lease portal data requests daily.

Enters equipment and real estate lease data into lease accounting software daily.

Responds to inquiries received from internal and external stakeholders regarding leases.

Provides FCM lease coordinator certification support.

Prepares lease account reconciliations and related general ledger adjusting entries as needed.

Performs out of term lease tracking, monitoring, and reporting.

Provides lease payment support and prepares lease payment clearing reconciliations while resolving moderately complex accounts payable issues and problems in conjunction with lease coordinators and accounts payable team members.

Supports month end subledger accounting close and related reporting activities.

Maintains accurate and timely equipment and real estate lease trackers.

Builds and maintains relationships with other non-finance work teams including internal and external stakeholders.

Liaises with other GCA lease accounting team members, accounts payable team members, entity finance personnel, and entity lease coordinators.

Executes special projects and ad hoc tasks as assigned by agreed deadlines, demonstrating attention to detail, and responsiveness to feedback.

Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
