Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in India seeks a Surveyor / Stacker to gather leasing inventory and meet investors and developers for leasing opportunities.

You will compile market intelligence and enter data into company software, supporting reporting with accurate market data and maintaining good relationships with leasing heads and agents. Role requires local market knowledge, basic English fluency, and proficiency with data entry.

Qualifications

• Local candidate with knowledge of the local real-estate market.
• Basic fluency in English and computer literacy for filing data and extracting reports.

Responsibilities

• Local candidate preferred with knowledge of the local real-estate market
• Basic fluency in english along with computer knowledge for filing data and extract reports from softwares
• Responsible for gathering supply (leasing inventory) across the domains given.
• Responsible for meeting investors and getting their inventory for lease
• Responsible for meeting developers for their new /upcoming projects in the city for leasing
• Responsbile for gathering basic market intelligence about the movement going on in market
• Should be filling the data procured from the market in the company prescribed list /database
• Should be filling the company softwares with data for generating reports
• Should be having good rapport with leasing heads/ developer agents / individual investors for their inventories
