Your key responsibilities

• Strong sourcing and screening expertise. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Recruitment planning and coordination. Negotiation and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and recruitment portals. Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
