The Hoxton Bengaluru City is seeking a Housekeeping Executive to lead and elevate our housekeeping team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will ensure rooms and public areas meet brand standards, while mentoring staff and coordinating with the Executive Housekeeper and external providers.

You should bring a passion for hospitality, strong attention to detail, and a hands-on leadership style that motivates others to excel and innovate in a fast-growing international brand.

We are seeking an innovative and goal-oriented Housekeeping Executive to join our dynamic team for The Hoxton Bengaluru City.

The Hoxton is opening its very first neighbourhood hotel in Asia, coming to India’s Bengaluru city centre in 2026. This is a major milestone for the brand as it ventures into a new continent entirely and we are now looking for a brilliant leadership team to help bring this lifestyle brand to the market.

Located in the heart of the city centre, The Hoxton, Bengaluru City will bring its undeniable brand DNA and guest experience to India’s “Silicon Valley”, a high-tech city filled with parks and gardens and known for its vibrant cafe and pub culture - very apt for a brand that was founded in London!

The hotel will feature 149 bedrooms in a variety of The Hoxton’s well-loved room categories and the lobby will have a vibrant all-day dining restaurant & bar. Topping off the hotel we will have a rooftop pool and bar, large-scale function rooms and The Apartment - The Hoxton’s unique meeting & events concept.

What you’ll do…

• Responsible for the cleaning and servicing of guest rooms, ensuring that these are always cleaned to brand standards, and are well presented and maintained.
• Support the running of our hotel by ensuring our guests have a memorable experience in a spotless and well put together room.
• Lead and inspire the housekeeping team by example, creating an environment that lets them be themselves and bring their best selves to work, encouraging their development and progression.
• Take a hands‑on approach to training and supporting your team in keeping to our high standards.
• Oversee and check the cleaning and servicing of all our bedrooms and public areas.
• Work with our Executive Housekeeper and Assistant Manager Housekeeping on maintaining and developing the partnership with our external housekeeping provider.
