Job summary

Bcoe in Bangalore is seeking a finance professional to support monthly, quarterly and year-end reporting and controls. The role involves coordinating with markets for statutory audits, maintaining GTAS and GEMS data, and acting as a BPC super user to resolve related queries.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in an MNC, strong Excel skills, and experience with SAP BPC/SAC; knowledge of Power BI is an advantage. This is a permanent, full-time position based in Bangalore.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate outputs from monthly, quarterly and annual reporting cycles
• Review month-end close for the cluster and check non-underlying & deferred cash
• Assist in deep dives and prepare decks for statutory audits and intercompany items
• Support dividend approvals review process
• Coordinate with markets for statutory audit updates and GTAS maintenance
• Ensure timely updates in GEMS and support year-end close processes
• Act as BPC super user and resolve BPC related queries
• Collaborate with other finance teams and ensure policy compliance

Job description

The purpose of this role is to perform and support the lower risk standard Financial reporting and control activities required each month, quarter and year-end.

Job Description:

Key responsibilities:

• Delivers accurate and reliable output from specific tasks during monthly, quarterly and annual reporting processes which includes providing timely & accurate status updates and highlight issues / challenges.
• Reviews market submission during Month end close for the cluster in-charge and reviews for non-underlying & deferred cash for entire EMEA.
• Support in preparation of the Deep dive and F2F deck in relation to Statutory audit, Account reconciliation, KPI, Intercompany and Ageing related topics.
• Support in the initial review of Dividend approval.
• Co-ordinate with the markets and provide periodic updates on the statutory audit status and support in the Annual maintenance of GTAS.
• Ensure correct and complete information is updated in GEMS on timely basis.
• BS forecasting support in SAC.
• Year end Roll forward in D365 and Period end close centralization support.
• Acts as BPC Super user and ensures addressing all the BPC related queries raised on timely basis.
• Works effectively with other teams and stakeholders in other finance pillars
• Through their work, assists in supporting compliance with group policies on financial reporting and internal controls.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

• Candidate should have a Finance degree (Bcom+MBA Finance, Mcom, MBA finance. CWA Inter
• Candidate should have at least 3-5 years of experience in working with an MNC.
• Blackline related knowledge is a key.
