Razorpay, based in Bengaluru, is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Operations specialist to manage accounts receivable and revenue assurance. You will analyze unit economics, perform month-end close, and support P&L reviews with strong variance analysis.

The role emphasizes process improvements and robust internal controls. Ideal candidates have 3–4 years in AR, a commerce/finance background, and SAP HANA expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in commerce or finance required.
• 3-4 years of Accounts Receivable experience.
• Proficiency in SAP HANA.
• Knowledge of direct and indirect taxation.
• Strong analytical skills, motivated and self-driven leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Explore automation on all the areas worked.
• Understand the unit economics of the business and provide insights.
• Perform month close reporting of Revenue and handle revenue assurance function.
• Review monthly P&L, review decks, and execute strong variance analysis capabilities.
• Drive Monthly Balance Sheet closing and consolidation.
• Assist with process implementations, preparation, and adherence to key control activities.
• Ensure timely closure of audits relating to areas handled.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Finance, or related fields.
• 3-4 years of working experience in the field of Accounts Receivable.
• Proficiency and knowledge in SAP HANA.
• Knowledge of direct and indirect taxation.
• Excellent analytical skills, motivated, hardworking, and self-driven leader approach.

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional qualifications in project management or business management.
• Similar working experience in a Payment gateway or aggregator.
