Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in plant maintenance and utility equipment.
• Experience with QMS documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with instrumentation and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintenance of instrumentation and electrical equipment.
• Identify improvements to reduce equipment breakdown time.
• Coordinate with QA, Production, and Purchase departments.
• Consult manufacturers for machine-related issues.
• Manage PLC upgrades and validation activities.
• Maintain inventory of critical spares.
• Handle PLC upgrades and PLC validation activities.
• Calibration activities conducted as per schedule.
• Prepare annual maintenance budget and manage expenses within budget.
• Ensure timely preparation and closing of QMS documents.
• Maintain GMP documents as per SOP.
• Carry out any other responsibilities assigned from time to time.

• Level Summary :

He is authorized to sign (as a doer):

• Break down/Preventive maintenance report.
• Incident and Investigation Documents.
• Validation Documents.
• QMS documents review and closing.
• KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

2. Responsible for instrumentation and Electrical related plant maintenance of Process and utility equipments.

3. Identify the areas for improvements to reduce the Break down time of equipments.

4. Effective coordination with inter departments (QA, Production and Purchase)

5. Consult with Manufacturer for remedial action of machine related issues.

6. Project work related to up gradation of systems and equipments.

7. Ensure availability of the spares and maintain inventory of critical spares having long delivery time.

8. Handling of PLC upgradation and PLC Validation activity.

9. Calibration activity completed as per schedule.

9. Preparation of annual maintenance budget and ensure expenses are within budget.

10. Ensure timely preparation and closing of QMS documents.

12. Ensure GMP Documents are maintained as per SOP.

Person is also responsible for carrying out any other responsibilities assigned from time to time verbally or in writing.
