Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Executive - EHS to serve as the subject matter expert in Environment, Health & Safety across defined geographies. You will collaborate with client representatives and Cushman & Wakefield teams to standardize processes, plan activities, and drive EHS performance.

The role involves developing and implementing audit programs, tracking corrective actions, and delivering EHS training.

Qualifications

Job Title Executive - EHS

Job Description Summary

Major Responsibilities

• Subject matter expert for Environment, Health & Safety and primary interface within defined geographic regions for both C&W and client representatives
• Adapt and standardize EHS agreed processes, plan and activities calendar to operate across the client account
• Devise and implement an EHS audit program to monitor compliance against statutory regulations, reduce risk and improve performance against C&W EHS management systems and processes as well as client’s EHS expectations
• Track, manage and implement corrective action plans on non-conformance related items
• Develop and deploy EHS training and awareness for site contacts
• Implement safe working practices and procedures and maintain a high awareness of safety by training employees and work permit system
• Program manage the collection of EHS (energy, waste, water, PPEs, chemical, LTI, near miss and first aid) related data from across all sites and prepare monthly status reports
• Identify and drive EHS best practices, identified through audits, across all target locations
• Support the implementation of client’s EHS management system within defined client region and C&W scope of operations
• Monitor and record reportable incidents and accidents as well as provide support for accident investigations
• Develop and manage EHS procedures to prepare for and respond to emergency situations involving occupational health and safety risks
• Establishing effective working relationships with FM Operations teams and functional peers is essential
