Job summary

Pagaar India is seeking a senior leader to shape and drive the group’s strategy and growth across multiple business verticals. You will take full P&L ownership, guide General Managers, and build relationships with partners, financial institutions, and government bodies.

The role requires 12–18 years of senior leadership experience, a track record in growth and operational excellence, and strong governance and risk management mindset. A hands-on, independent team player is essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate/MBA from a reputed institution preferred.
• 12 to 18 years of senior leadership experience with P&L exposure.
• Proven track record of driving business growth and operational excellence.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong business acumen across automobile, fuel retail and logistics sectors desirable.
• Ownership, integrity and accountability towards assigned responsibilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities
