Bajaj Finserv Limited in Prayagraj seeks a Debt Management Specialist to lead and coordinate the recovery of overdue payments on loans and credit accounts. You will drive collections strategies and ensure compliant processes, while maintaining detailed customer interaction records.

You will monitor performance against targets, prepare regular reports, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize recovery outcomes and manage risk within regulatory guidelines.
