Macquarie Group in Hyderabad is looking for a cybersecurity professional to join their BISO team. You will play a key role in supporting cybersecurity governance, working closely with auditors, clients, and regulators to ensure compliance.
The ideal candidate has over 4 years of experience in cybersecurity, specifically in risk and compliance. The position offers a hybrid work model with benefits such as paid parental leave and professional development opportunities.
We have an exciting opportunity to join our global Business Information Security Officer (BISO) team in Hyderabad and play a pivotal role in supporting the organization’s cybersecurity governance program. The BISO team provides cybersecurity subject matter expertise to help the business navigate an evolving regulatory environment, advising on how regulatory requirements can be addressed through effective security controls in partnership with Compliance and Risk teams.

In this role, you will apply your cybersecurity and risk expertise to assess, interpret, and respond to requests from auditors, clients, and regulators. You will analyse control evidence, translating complex security practices into clear, high-quality responses, and ensuring alignment with regulatory and cybersecurity standards. As part of the BISO Centre of Expertise, you will collaborate with security, risk, and client-facing teams to deliver accurate, timely evidence supporting evolving regulatory requirements.
