Job summary

RRP Electronics Ltd in Mumbai seeks an experienced Executive - Customs Clearance & Freight Forwarders to assist in preparing import/export documents such as Shipping Bill, Bill of Entry, and related paperwork. You will support coordination with Customs, DGFT, CHA, freight forwarders, and transporters to ensure smooth clearance.

The role requires a graduate with at least 5 years of hands-on work in customs procedures and related JD, and offers a challenging environment in a dynamic electronics

Qualifications

• Graduate in any stream with minimum 5 years experience in customs JD.
• Experience handling Shipping Bill, Bill of Entry, Carnet, Invoices, Packing List.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of import/export documents such as Shipping Bill, Bill of Entry, Invoices, Packing List.
• Coordinate with Customs, Custodians, DGFT, CHA, Freight Forwarders and Transporters.

Assist in preparation of import/export documents including Shipping Bill, Bill of Entry, Courier Declaration, Carnet Form, Invoices, Packing List, etc.

Assist in coordination with Customs, Custodians, DGFT, CHA, Freight Forwarders, Transporters, Stevedore etc.

Preferred Customs and Dock entry pass holder for at least 5 years in either JNCH, Mumbai or ACC.

Qualifications: Graduate in any stream with minimum 5 years experience in the JD mentioned above.
