Job summary

EXL is hiring an entry-level Executive-Customer Care Specialist for Non-Voice, Back-End/Non-Voice Transaction Processing. The role involves assisting customers with maintenance of personal information and policy details, processing updates and payments, and supporting coverage queries.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, coordinate with property management and leasing teams, and ensure accurate processing of address changes, endorsements, cancellations, and policy endorsements as needed.

Qualifications

• Handles changes manually and online to personal information such as address change, interested party, billing and reissue of policy.
• Assists Property management and leasing office about concerns and request for coverage details.
• Processes payments, cancellations, discusses coverage questions, endorsements of policies (add coverages, remove coverages).
