Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a reputed university
• Minimum 1–6 years of experience
• Experience in construction site execution, preferably in real‑estate and high‑end apartments
• Working knowledge of IS codes and practices

Key Responsibilities

• Site management, planning and execution of the project
• Monitoring work at site
• Managing workers and organizing the working schedule on a daily basis
• Efficient communication and delegation of work
• Coordinating with consultants, contractors and vendors
• Adhering to SOPs with 100% accuracy
• Ensuring quality construction standards and proper construction technique/application
• Timely intimation of project delaying activities
• Maintaining site protocol
• Preparing bar‑bending schedule
• Experience working in aluminium shuttering and concrete works
• DLR and DPR submission to management
• Basic knowledge in MEP works
• Overseeing and directing façade works like glazing, aluminium works etc.
• Monitoring and control of marble, tile and granite works
• Monitoring and control of gypsum plaster, painting and other finishing works as per schedule and the set quality standards
