We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef for The Hoxton, Bangalore.

The Hoxton is opening its very first neighbourhood hotel in Asia, coming to India’s Bengaluru city centre in 2026. This is a major milestone for the brand as it ventures into a new continent entirely and we are now looking for a brilliant leadership team to help bring this lifestyle brand to the market.

Located in the heart of the city centre, The Hoxton, Bengaluru City will bring its undeniable brand DNA and guest experience to India’s “Silicon Valley”, a high‑tech city filled with parks and gardens and known for its vibrant cafe and pub culture – very apt for a brand that was founded in London.

The hotel will feature 149 bedrooms in a variety of The Hoxton’s well‑loved room categories and the lobby will have a vibrant all‑day dining restaurant & bar. Topping off the hotel we will have a rooftop pool and bar, large scale function rooms and The Apartment – The Hoxton’s unique meeting & events concept.

Job Description

What you’ll do…

• Lead a large, dynamic kitchen team in one of the most exciting new restaurants in Bangalore.
• Drive innovation and create a culture of menu development.
• Have a firm grip on the costs of the restaurant kitchen, from labour through to always striving to find efficient solutions whilst maintaining the quality and integrity of the menu.
• Both guest and team experience will be at the heart of all you do. You’ll lead your team by example, keeping them involved and motivated; helping them feel empowered and supported, confident in providing top Hox experiences for our guests and comfortable turning to you with questions.

Qualifications

What we are looking for…

• 3+ years’ experience in a similar Executive Chef role in a busy, bustling environment with freshness and provenance of ingredients as a key priority.
• Proven track record managing large kitchen teams across multiple outlets and kitchens.
• A true passion for creativity whilst maintaining the integrity of our brand standards through the dishes on the menu.
• Managerial skills to achieve budgeted KPI’s in labour and COS.
• Passion for hospitality – you’re all about creating memorable experiences for others, be they guests or colleagues.
