The Hoxton Bengaluru City is seeking a Chef de Partie to lead a kitchen section in our busy open-house environment, delivering flawless plates and memorable guest experiences.

You’ll mentor a fast-moving team, work with the Executive Chef on creative ideas, ensure hygiene and brand standards, and contribute to The Hoxton’s renowned hospitality ethos in Bengaluru.

The role offers strong development opportunities within the Ennismore family as we roll out new hotel openings in Asia.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working as part of a fast-moving kitchen team with freshness and provenance of ingredients as a key priority.
• Passion for food and fresh ingredients is a given.
• A true passion for creativity whilst maintaining the integrity of our brand standards through the dishes on the menu.
• A natural at leading and managing others, you lead by example and create an environment where your team can be their best self.

• Bring delicious flavours to our guests’ tables by running a section in our busy kitchen.
• Nurture and develop the talent of the kitchen team, creating an environment that brings out the best in them and where they can be themselves.
• Make sure things are running without a hitch, orders and deliveries are coming and going as needed, our service is smooth as chipotle butter and our food hygiene standards are sky-high.
• Work with our Executive Chef on ideas and techniques that make our kitchen a creative, ever-changing environment where we’re always looking to make the best food out there.
• Ensure statutory compliance in all food and drink related areas.
• Pay attention to the details to ensure every dish served is as delicious as the one before!

Chef de Partie – The Hoxton Bengaluru City

We are looking for a Chef de Partie to keep the kitchen rolling, food flawless and make every plate unforgettable at The Hoxton Bengaluru City.

The Hoxton is opening its very first neighbourhood hotel in Asia, coming to India’s Bengaluru city centre in 2026. This is a major milestone for the brand as it ventures into a new continent entirely and we are now looking for a brilliant leadership team to help bring this lifestyle brand to the market.

Located in the heart of the city centre, The Hoxton, Bengaluru City will bring its undeniable brand DNA and guest experience to India’s “Silicon Valley”, a high-tech city filled with parks and gardens and known for its vibrant cafe and pub culture - very apt for a brand that was founded in London!

The hotel will feature 149 bedrooms in a variety of The Hoxton’s well-loved room categories and the lobby will have a vibrant all-day dining restaurant & bar. Topping off the hotel we will have a rooftop pool and bar, large scale function rooms and The Apartment - The Hoxton’s unique meeting & events concept
