Job summary

The LaLiT Resort & Spa Bekal in Bekal, Kerala is seeking an experienced culinary leader to oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, taste, and presentation across all outlets and banquets.

The role focuses on menu planning, maintaining consistency, enforcing food safety standards, controlling costs, and mentoring kitchen staff to uphold brand SOPs and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure food quality, taste, and presentation.
• Plan menus and maintain consistency across all food outlets and banquets.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and compliance with FSSAI and hotel standards.
• Monitor food costs, budgets, inventory, and minimise wastage.
• Manage, train, and develop kitchen staff.
• Coordinate with F&B, Purchase, Stores, and Stewarding teams.
• Handle guest feedback and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Monitor kitchen performance and ensure adherence to SOPs and brand standards.
