Transactions Target - Refer the Provided table 2. Availability Target - Channel SBI - 95% | BOB - 94% | HDFC - 98% | PNB - 96% 1. Daily, weekly, monthly monitoring of transaction and availability. 2. Advise the Root Cause 3. Initiate corrective actions, collaborate with internal teams and coordinate with the vendor/partners to ensure prompt resolution and eliminate re-occurrences. Site Audits, Site visits, cash audits - Periodic and Chronic Sites 1. Identify challenges impacting transactions and availability. 2. Reporting and Initiating corrections actions at the local levels in coordination with various different teams within NCRA and at the vendor side. 3. Monitor Cost of Service Delivery and keep those under the assigned benchmarks. Site Agreements, Landlord Coordination, Electricity availability 1. Site Agreement - New & Renewals 2. Ensure Zero E-Bill disconnection Security Incident Reports 1. Security incidents are reported and local actions are initiated 2. Should visit the concerned site for vandalism/ theft case, visit police station for reporting and supporting legal actions Top Hatch FLM 1. Ensure sites are visited with-in the agreed timelines basis the calls assigned. 2. Suggest the actions needed to resolve and initiate corrections actions. Customer Meetings & Vendor Meeting at Local Levels 1. Head of LR's to ensure that this done diligently, to support the local level engagement with an objective to achieve the goals. Automate for Efficiency 1. Reduce report generations at the local team, 2. Coordinate with the central teams on need of reports and analysis 3. Demonstrate initiatives that generated additional revenue for the business. Professional Development Demonstrative Behaviour 1. Complete ALL assigned NCR Atleos Courses 2.
