Job summary

Lupin is seeking an Executive for the Atharv Ability team in Delhi. In this role, you will act as a crucial link between Team leaders, junior physiotherapists, and patients. Your responsibilities include monitoring patient care, leading staff, and supervising junior team members for effective development.

You will also help facilitate better recovery for patients through goal-based care and contribute to clinical decision-making and research. This position is essential for ensuring quality care and improving patient outcomes in clinical settings.

• Lead, influence and motivate staff.
• Supervise junior members of staff, oversee their development including training and joint working.
• Facilitate better recovery for patients by providing goal‑based care resulting in better outcomes.
• Supervise and set up protocols for junior physiotherapists and maintain records, progress reports and assessments of patients.
• Be involved in clinical decision‑making and goal settings for patients and monitor their progress at small intervals.
• Help further develop the clinical expertise to translate it into research and publish research articles.
