Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Manage the MD & CEO’s calendar, priorities, meetings and critical follow-ups, protecting executive time and ensuring important commitments remain visible.
  • Prepare agendas, briefing notes, presentations, reports and meeting materials, converting relevant information into clear and useful outputs.
  • Track decisions, commitments and action items, coordinating senior leaders and stakeholders to ensure timely closure and accountability.
  • Organise travel, meetings and important engagements, anticipating requirements and resolving scheduling or logistical conflicts proactively.
  • Support research, analysis and information synthesis for management reviews and decision-making, presenting concise and relevant information.
  • Act as a trusted interface with internal and external stakeholders, exercising judgement on communication, priorities, access and escalation.
  • Maintain confidential records with appropriate discretion and governance, ensuring information is accurate, secure and easily retrievable.
  • Improve executive-office productivity through digital tools, reporting platforms, workflow automation and AI-enabled applications.

About the Role

The Executive Assistant will provide high-quality executive, organisational and analytical support to the MD & CEO. The role owns calendar management, priorities, meetings, travel, briefing materials, research, action tracking and stakeholder coordination. Success depends on sound judgement, discretion, strong communication and reliable follow-through. The role will also improve executive productivity by using digital tools, automation, collaboration platforms, reporting tools and AI-enabled applications. You will identify workflow improvements, maintain confidential information and ensure important decisions and commitments move from discussion to completion.

Key Responsibilities
