Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to up to three global senior leaders. You will manage complex diaries, coordinate meetings, travel, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across the leadership team.

In a fast-paced, multinational environment, you will build strong stakeholder relationships, maintain confidential records, and drive continuous improvement in support processes.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience supporting country head/MD/CEO
  • Experience in a financial services company or fast-moving environment desirable
  • Polished and professional with strong communication and organisational skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide dedicated administrative and organisational support to up to three senior leaders.
  • Deliver complex and proactive diary management with prioritisation and scheduling.
  • Manage incoming communications on behalf of executives with timely responses.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate town halls and offsite events with on-site support.
  • Arrange complex travel itineraries and accommodation, manage expenses using in-house tools.
  • Ensure security measures for travel to high-risk locations.
  • Maintain executive compliance records including gifts and entertainment registers.
  • Support financial and expense processes including claims and purchase orders.
  • Collaborate within the Executive Support function to foster a cohesive team.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the broader Executive Support community.
  • Provide holiday and backup coverage for EA colleagues as required.

Job description

The Executive Support role provides dedicated support to 3 Global Senior leaders to enable them to be effective in their day-to-day activities and responsibilities. Services include diary management & meeting co-ordination, fielding communications such as phone calls and e-mails, arranging business travel, maintaining records and files, and providing administrative support on tools, systems, and procedures.

The variation of grades within the family will depend on the complexity of the services and tasks required.

The EA function is led by a Team Manager in the region.

Candidate Background
  • 15 years + Experience of supporting country head / MD/CEO
  • Experience of a financial services company or other Intense or fast-moving environment highly desirable
  • Polished & professional. Communication & organisational skills are key.
Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities
  • Provide dedicated administrative and organisational support to up to three senior leaders, as assigned by the function from time to time.
  • Delivering complex and proactive diary management support, ensuring effective prioritisation and scheduling.
  • Manage incoming communications and correspondence on behalf of the executives, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, on behalf of the leaders.
  • Support the coordination of town halls and offsite events, including on-site assistance in collaboration with the wider team.
  • Arrange complex, multi-sector travel itineraries and accommodation, and manage expense processes using in-house tools, ensuring full compliance with internal policies.
  • Ensure appropriate security measures are in place for travel to high-risk locations.
  • Maintain up-to-date executive compliance records, including gifts and entertainment registers.
  • Support financial and expense processes, including raising claims, creating purchase orders, and setting up suppliers for the leaders or function.
  • Collaborate effectively within the Executive Support function, contributing to a cohesive team environment.
  • Identify and drive opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance support across the broader Executive Support community.
  • Provide holiday and backup coverage for EA colleagues as required.
