LSEG Bengaluru seeks an experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to up to 5–8 senior leaders. You will manage complex diaries, coordinate meetings, handle correspondence, and arrange travel with strict adherence to internal policies.

The role requires polished communication, stakeholder management, and meticulous organization in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will collaborate across teams and support events while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Provide dedicated administrative support to up to 5–8 Senior leaders as assigned
  • Manage complex diary scheduling and meeting coordination
  • Handle incoming calls and emails for executives
  • Arrange complex travel itineraries and accommodations
  • Oversee expense processes and supplier setup for leaders
  • Maintain executives' compliance records and manage gifts/entertainment logs
  • Assist with Townhalls and offsite events for leaders
  • Act as the face of the leader in meetings and interactions

The Executive Support role provides dedicated support to 5 to 8 Global Senior leaders to enable them to be effective in their day-to-day activities and responsibilities. Services include diary management & meeting co-ordination, fielding communications such as phone calls and e-mails, arranging business travel, maintaining records and files, and providing administrative support on tools, systems, and procedures.

The variation of grades within the family will depend on the complexity of the services and tasks required.

The EA function is led by a Team Manager in the region.

Candidate Background
  • validated experience of supporting an Executive / Senior Leader with 5 to 8 years
  • Experience of a financial services company or other Driven or fast paced environment highly desirable
  • Polished & professional Communication & organisational skills are key.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Provides dedicated administrative and organisational support to up to 5-8 Senior leaders as assigned from time to time by the function.
  • Acts as the face of the leader in the case of face-to-face meetings.
  • Provides complex diary management support.
  • Supports incoming communication, correspondence on behalf of the Executives.
  • Builds and maintains strong working relationships both internally and with clients and other key contacts.
  • Assists with the co-ordination of Townhalls and offsite events for the leader, with onsite supporting Team.
  • Arranges complex, multi-sector travel itineraries and accommodation, and handles complex expense processes, using the in-house travel tool and team, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
  • Ensuring appropriate security measures are in place for travel in high-risk areas.
  • Keeping Executives compliance records updated, with gifts/entertainment etc.
  • Support the expense processes from raising claims, POs and setting up suppliers for the leaders / function.
  • Works within the Executive Function in a cohesive manner
  • Finds opportunities for continuous improvement to support the broader Executive Support community.
  • Being Holiday Cover for your other EA partners as required.
