Job summary

HyperVerge is seeking an organized Executive Assistant to support the Founders. The role centers on managing complex calendars, coordinating with global stakeholders, and driving operational efficiency. You will help execute strategic priorities and maintain high ownership in a fast-paced startup environment.

The ideal candidate will thrive with ownership, have experience in SaaS/tech and be able to coordinate across time zones and regions, ensuring timely follow-ups and executive communications.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in executive support, founder’s office, chief of staff or similar role.
• Experience supporting senior leadership in fast-growth startups, SaaS, technology, or consulting.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Experience coordinating across global teams and multiple time zones.
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with calendar management, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, track action items, and ensure follow-through.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support HyperVerge’s Founders. This role sits at the center of the organization, helping drive operational efficiency, managing complex schedules, coordinating across global stakeholders, and ensuring seamless execution of strategic priorities.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, demonstrates exceptional ownership, and can effectively manage multiple stakeholders across geographies and time zones.

Scope of Ownership

• Manage founder calendars across multiple time zones and business functions
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholder communication globally
• Support strategic initiatives, leadership meetings, and executive operations
• Act as a central point of coordination between founders and cross-functional teams
• Ensure timely follow-ups and execution of key action items across the organization

What We're Looking For

• 4–6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Founder’s Office Associate, Chief of Staff Associate, or similar role
• Experience supporting senior leadership in high-growth startups, SaaS, technology, or consulting environments
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities simultaneously
• Experience coordinating across global teams and multiple time zones
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, calendar management, and productivity tools
