Job summary

Otis in Bengaluru is seeking an Executive - Adjuster to perform full adjustment and commissioning of elevators and escalators. The role requires 1–5 years of testing and commissioning experience in the elevator industry, with familiarity of FIM and wiring diagrams.

The candidate will manage multi-unit sites, supervise test engineers, provide on-site technical support, and liaise with clients during testing and commissioning meetings.

Qualifications

• Be fully conversant and compliant with Otis EH&S policies.
• Understand layout drawings, FIM and other product wiring diagrams.
• Experience with testing and commissioning of elevators/escalators.

Responsibilities

• Perform full adjustment/commissioning of elevators and escalators as per FIM.
• Manage multi-unit sites and supervise other test engineers to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Provide on-site technical support and upskilling of test engineers; audit handover paperwork.
• Liaise with clients during testing of large sites and participate in commissioning meetings if required.
• Ensure 100% on-time delivery and proper handover of projects to service teams.
