In this role, you will serve as a Virtual Finance Controller for a diverse range of clients across multiple industries. • Ensuring accounting records are prepared & reviewed in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.
• Drive transparency with accurate monthly closure of books and timely submission of periodic MIS.
• Audit, Governance and Risk Management
• Ensuring sound quality of financial statements, tax audit reports and income tax calculations.
• Ensure timely closure of audits with close coordination with relevant stakeholders to reinforce financial integrity and regulatory adherence.
• Mitigate legal & compliance risks by ensuring adherence to applicable statutory compliances

Required Competencies, Skills, And Experience

• Expertise in IGAAP, Working knowledge of Transfer Pricing, Direct & Indirect Taxation, Company Law & FEMA.
• Proficient in MS Office – Especially Excel & Tally or any other accounting software.
• Confident, Strong communication, Client Handling & Problem solving capabilities & quick learner.
