Job summary

BECO is seeking an Executive – 3P Operations to coordinate third-party manufacturing and vendors, plan production, manage inventory replenishment, and ensure timely dispatches. The role focuses on maintaining stock levels, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and optimizing supply chain processes.

Candidate should have 2–5 years in supply chain or operations, preferably with FMCG/D2C experience, and strong Excel and communication skills to manage timelines effectively.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in supply chain, production planning, vendor management, or operations.
• Experience in FMCG, D2C, consumer goods, or manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong Excel, analytical, communication, and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with third-party manufacturers and vendors for production planning, order execution, and timely deliveries.
• Track stock replenishment and inventory levels across SKUs to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
• Coordinate with demand planning, procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams for seamless operations.
• Monitor production schedules, dispatch timelines, and incoming stock at warehouses.
• Assist in invoice verification and payment coordination.
• Follow up on quality checks, production delays, and supply-related issues.
• Maintain inventory reports, vendor trackers, and operational MIS.
• Support new vendor onboarding and identify opportunities for process and cost improvements.
