Job summary

BECO is seeking a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager – 3P Operations to oversee third-party manufacturers, plan production, and replenish inventory to ensure product availability and on-time deliveries. The role requires coordinating with demand planning, procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams while optimizing costs and vendor performance.

You will monitor stock levels, tighten schedules, and onboard new vendors to strengthen the supply network.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in supply chain, production planning, vendor management, or 3P operations.
• Experience in FMCG, personal care, consumer goods, or D2C brands preferred.
• Strong understanding of inventory planning, stock replenishment, production scheduling, and logistics coordination.
• Excellent vendor management, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and supply chain reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage third-party manufacturers and vendors, ensuring timely production, quality, and delivery.
• Drive production planning, order scheduling, and stock replenishment across SKUs.
• Coordinate with demand planning, procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure uninterrupted product availability.
• Monitor inventory levels, prevent stockouts, and optimize stock movement across vendors and warehouses.
• Manage vendor negotiations, commercial terms, payment coordination, and cost optimization.
• Track production and dispatch timelines, resolve bottlenecks, and drive operational improvements.
• Develop and onboard new vendors to strengthen the supply network.
• Monitor vendor performance, maintain operational reports, and ensure adherence to agreed timelines and quality standards.
