Lupin in Goa, India is seeking an experienced IPQC/QA professional to join the production quality team. The role involves sampling finished products, hold-time studies, and documenting deviations from SOPs to ensure compliance.

You will maintain instrumentation, review logs and environmental records, and participate in equipment qualification and cleaning validation to uphold GMP standards and product quality.

Formación

• Graduation in Pharmacy with PG qualifications.
• 4 to 6 years of IPQC/QA experience in pharma manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, SOPs and documentation practices.
• Experience with equipment qualification and cleaning validation.

Responsabilidades

• Finished product sampling (bulk finish and packed samples).
• Hold time study execution and sampling at hold time stage, bulk finished and packed samples.
• QA to note deviations from systems/SOPs and record observations.
• Maintenance of instruments in IPQC & routine calibration.
• Review log books and environmental monitoring files.
• Online review of equipment usage, cleaning records and calibration records.
• Line clearances for activities in Production Department.
• Execute, review and release/approve BRRs, ESPs in PAS-X.
• Execute, review and approve batch manufacturing and batch packing records.
• Participate in equipment qualifications as required.
• Execute cleaning validation & equipment qualification.

• Finished product sampling (Bulk finish and Packed samples).
• Hold time study execution and sampling at hold time stage, bulk finished and packed samples.
• Conducting the round of Quality Assurance to note down any deviations from the systems/ SOPs etc. and record the observations.
• Maintenance of instruments in the IPQC & routine calibration.
• Review log books and environmental monitoring files.
• Online review the different records such as equipment usage and cleaning records, area usage record, balance calibration records etc.
• Line clearances for different activities in the Production Department.
• Execution, Review and Release/Approval of documents like BRRs, ESPs in PAS-X System.
• Execution, Review and Approval of batch manufacturing records and Batch Packing records.
• Participate in equipment qualifications as per the requirements.
• Execution of cleaning validation & equipment qualification.
