Job summary

The Execution Manager will oversee all site execution activities for the Lixil Tostem division, including survey planning, client coordination, and installation management. You will supervise site engineers, labour teams, vendors, and ensure projects meet deadlines with quality control.

Based at Law College Road, Pune, you will coordinate procurement, monitor progress, report to management, and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring safety and compliance on every site.

Job Summary

The Execution Manager will be responsible for managing complete site execution activities for the Lixil Tostem division including survey planning, client coordination, site coordination, material procurement, installation management, quality control and reporting. The role requires effective supervision of Site Engineers, labour teams, vendors, and installation activities to ensure projects are completed on time with high quality standards.

Key Result Areas (KRAs) & Responsibilities

1. Team Collaboraton & Supervision

• Plan and manage site surveys and window measurements for smooth order processing by coordinating with Sales Team, Clients, and Site Engineers.
• Manage material procurement including:
• Glass
• Doors and Windows
• Pleated Mesh
• Site Labour Requirements
• Ensure timely material availability as per site execution schedules.
• Provide technical support and design suggestions to clients as per project requirements.
• Monitor and update site material dispatch details received from Site Engineers.
• Conduct daily meetings with Site Engineers for execution planning and work progress updates.
• Mentor and supervise Site Engineers, Supervisors, and labour teams.
• Arrange installation teams and labour allocation as per project requirements.

2. Quality Control & Problem Solving

• Maintain quality control standards at all project sites.
• Monitor installation quality and resolve site execution issues promptly.
• Identify and solve technical and operational problems on site.
• Avoid reorders through proper planning, measurements, and execution monitoring.
• Process unavoidable reorders on time with proper coordination and approvals.

3. Reporting & Feedback

• Ensure timely site handover and collect client feedback forms with signatures.
• Update handover and feedback details to Lixil for Warranty Certificate processing.
• Conduct daily 10-minute stand-up meetings with Sales, Operations, and Back Office teams.
• Monitor daily completion of work according to project planning schedules.
• Update work progress regularly on Lixil Execution Group.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide timely reporting to management and authorities.
• Prepare Actual Monthly Cashflow Reports including:
• Actual expenses of previous month
• Estimated expenses of upcoming month
• Submit reports to Accounts Department with planning support before the 29th of every month.
• Cross-check and prepare Purchase Orders (POs) for:
• Local Window MS Work
• Glass Lifting Work
• Scaffolding
• Extra Labour Requirements
• Verify all requirements as per estimated sheets before processing.
