Job summary

Volvo Group India is offering a returnship through the ExcelHer program in Bengaluru. You will join the People operations team to deliver HR services via a shared services model, focusing on data management and payroll inputs. Open to individuals restarting their careers after a break, with mentorship and cross-functional exposure.

The role includes HR data management, hiring on SF/ESSIN, leave and attendance, and compliance reporting, supporting employees and business operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR operations and data management across employee records.
• Payroll processing and monthly payroll input preparation.
• Onboarding and exit formalities administration experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Support HR services across the Shared Service model.
• Manage HR data in SF & ESSIN and employee records.
• Handle monthly muster, compliance, and attrition reporting.

• Hr data and employee Data Management of Employees on SF & ESSIN
• Personal files administration
• Leave and attendance Management
• Preparing Attrition reports
• Employee hiring on SF ( success actors) & ESSIN
• Employees exit formalities Administration
• Managing employees' rewards Administration (ex. Long service etc )
• Maintaining monthly muster report for statutory compliance & Prepare compliance reports
• Preparing overtime report form 9
• Preparation of Monthly input to payroll
• Group Medical Insurance administration
• Managing employee queries on HR operations area
