Job summary

EVERSANA is hiring for an Analyst/Sr. Analyst to support the International Healthcare Voice Process from Pune. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, document interactions in CRM, and ensure patient information is kept confidential in line with HIPAA and company policy.

The role targets 0-5 years of experience, requires excellent English communication, and offers a night shift on US hours with a 5-day workweek. Knowledge of Spanish is an added advantage.

• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues promptly.
• Meet defined metrics such as call quality, Average Handling Time (AHT) and First Call Resolution (FCR).
• Follow up on unresolved issues and ensure timely closure.
