Maersk in India is seeking a Lead Logistics Operations SME to support 3PL, 4PL, and DCM processes, driving customer experience and KPI governance.

You will work with a global team on standardizing, automating, and using data-driven insights to improve processes, reduce waste, and prevent penalties.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in an MNC with documentation/order or transaction processing/query handling.

Responsibilities

• Be part of a large global team responsible for container tracking and cargo operations.
• Handle complex queries from stakeholders by applying internal processes.
• Troubleshoot exceptional queries with internal departments to provide customer-focused resolutions.
• Ensure no fines or penalties and prevent claims.
• Perform RCA analysis of discrepancies and operational failures.
• Participate in internal team meetings and suggest process improvements.

Purpose of the role

Acts as a Subject Matter Expert for Lead Logistics operations across 3PL, 4PL, and DCM processes, driving customer experience, process stability, KPI governance, and continuous improvement through standardization, automation, and data-driven insights.

You will be Responsible for:

• Being part of a large global team responsible for container tracking and cargo operations.
• Handling complex queries from stakeholders by applying internal processes and procedures.
• Troubleshooting exceptional queries by working with internal departments to provide customer-focused resolutions.
• Ensuring no fines or penalties are imposed and preventing claims.
• Performing RCA analysis of discrepancies and operational failures.
• Participating in internal team meetings and contributing ideas and suggestions for overall process improvement and waste elimination.
