Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Subject Matter Expert for Lead Logistics operations to drive container tracking and cargo operations across 3PL, 4PL, and DCM processes. You will enhance customer experience, ensure process stability, and govern KPIs while pushing continuous improvement through standardization, automation, and data analytics.

You will collaborate with a large global team, handle complex stakeholder queries, and work with internal departments to provide timely, customer-focused resolutions.

Qualifications

• 1-3 yrs experience in an MNC with documentation/order or transaction processing/query handling

• Troubleshooting exceptional queries by working with internal departments to provide customer-focused resolutions.
• Ensuring no fines or penalties are imposed and preventing claims.

• Participating in internal team meetings and contributing ideas and suggestions for overall process improvement and waste elimination.
