Job summary

Global Startup Summit is offering a full-time in-office internship in Mumbai for candidates eager to gain hands-on event operations experience. You will list upcoming events across 12+ platforms, update ticket sales and attendee registrations daily, and follow up with attendees.

You will structure monthly event calendars, coordinate with volunteers, moderators, and speakers, and handle basic social media tasks using Canva under guidance.

Job description

About the internship:

1. List upcoming events on 12+ platforms such as Allevents, BookMyShow, District, etc.
2. Update ticket sales and attendee registration details daily.
3. Call and message past and current event attendees for engagement and follow-ups.
4. Structure and maintain the event calendar for upcoming months by referring to past event calendars.
5. Coordinate with event volunteers, moderators, and speakers as needed.
6. Manage basic social media tasks and create simple Canva content under guidance.
7. Team members get the opportunity to travel with the Founders to multi-city events for handling onground Conference operations

Stipend:

INR₹ 7,000 - 9,500 /month
