Raptee.HV is a full-stack electric motorcycle startup with a strong technical foundation. Founded in 2019 by four engineers from Chennai (with backgrounds at Tesla and Wipro), Raptee Energy aims to revolutionize the EV market by offering a high-performance motorcycle alternative to the existing scooter-dominated options. The company is incubated at CIIC & ARAI.

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented EV Assembly Associate to join our plant operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the assembly of Vehicles, Battery Electrical & Electronics, and ensuring adherence to 5S principles for workplace organization and efficiency.

What You’ll Do

Perform assembly tasks for vehicle components, battery electrical systems, and electronic modules as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Ensure the proper handling, installation, and connection of electrical and electronic components.
Maintain high-quality assembly standards and conduct basic quality checks to ensure compliance with product specifications.
Implement and sustain 5S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) practices to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor equipment and tools, reporting any malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly.
Adhere strictly to safety protocols and contribute to a culture of safety within the plant.

Who Can Apply?

ITI, Diploma or equivalent; technical certification in automotive, electrical, or mechanical fields is preferred.
Proven experience in assembly operations, preferably in automotive or electronics manufacturing.
Basic knowledge of electrical and electronic systems, including wiring and circuitry.
Strong understanding of 5S principles and lean manufacturing practices.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
Good manual dexterity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
