Job summary

EIL Global is seeking an Onsite EUC Engineer (Resident & Dispatch) to deliver desktop and laptop support across client sites in India. You will install Windows OS, configure software, troubleshoot hardware and software, and handle IMAC activities.

Travel to customer sites is required, and you will coordinate with remote support teams, update tickets, and provide basic networking support (IP, DHCP, DNS). Prior EUC/Desktop experience and strong customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of EUC/Desktop Support experience.
• Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and networking.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to travel to customer sites.
• Experience with ticketing tools is an advantage.

• Basic understanding of IP Address, DHCP, DNS, and Subnet Mask.
• Connect devices to wired and wireless networks.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting.
• Test and replace Ethernet cables.
• Identify network port issues and coordinate with the network team.
• Basic knowledge of switches and routers.
