Job summary

Be Additive Corporation is seeking an EU Recruiter who has recruited across Europe, especially the Nordics, with hands-on experience working with MSP accounts and VMS platforms.

You will handle end-to-end recruitment for IT contract and consulting roles across Europe, source and engage candidates focusing on Sweden and Nordic markets, screen for skills, location, work authorization and rate expectations, coordinate interviews and negotiate offers.

Qualifications

• Must have end-to-end recruitment experience across Europe, with Nordic exposure.
• Experience supporting MSP accounts and using VMS platforms such as Magnit, Fieldglass or Beeline.
• Strong understanding of contract staffing and the Nordic talent market.
• Experience hiring for software development, cloud, DevOps, data and related technical roles.
• Excellent sourcing, communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to own multiple requirements and follow up consistently.
• Availability to work European business hours.

What We are Looking For

• Previous IT recruitment experience across Europe, with direct exposure to Nordic hiring.
• Experience supporting MSP accounts and using platforms such as Magnit, Fieldglass or Beeline.
• A good understanding of contract staffing and the Nordic talent market.
• Experience hiring for software development, cloud, DevOps, data and similar technical roles.
• Strong sourcing, communication and negotiation skills.
• Someone who takes ownership, follows up consistently and can manage multiple requirements.
• Availability to work European business hours.
