Job summary

Capgemini Chennai is seeking an ETL Testing Specialist to drive end-to-end data validation and quality checks across heterogeneous data sources. You will design test plans, execute scripts, and validate ETL pipelines to ensure accuracy and completeness of data used for reporting.

The role requires strong SQL skills, experience with ETL tools, and a collaborative mindset to work with BAs, Developers, and Data Engineers in an Agile environment. Chennai-based on-site work is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing and executing ETL test plans and test scripts.
• Ability to validate data across multiple databases and data warehouses.
• Familiarity with defect tracking and Agile/Scrum processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements, source-to-target mappings, and ETL specs.
