Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in SDLC, STLC, and QA methodologies.
• Experience with both manual and automation testing.
• Proficiency with SQL for data validation and profiling.
• Familiarity with data governance, data quality management, and compliance (GDPR, HIPAA).
• Experience with ETL/BI/Data Management tools (Informatica, Collibra, Talend).

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and automation scripts.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and API testing.
• Identify, document, and track bugs using defect management tools.
• Work closely with developers and product teams for smooth releases.
• Validate product updates to ensure performance, reliability, and compliance.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability of organizational data.
• Define and enforce data quality rules, standards, and governance practices.
• Conduct data audits and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with data owners, analysts, and IT teams.
• Support GDPR/HIPAA compliance through proper data management.
• Maintain documentation and metadata for traceability and reporting.
