Job summary

ADROITENT is seeking a detail-oriented ETL Tester in Hyderabad to validate data across source and target systems. You will leverage SQL, data mapping validation, and API/UI testing within an Agile environment.

Responsibilities include designing and executing ETL test cases, validating transformation rules, writing complex SQL queries, performing API tests with Postman/Swagger, and preparing comprehensive testing reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong ETL/Data Warehouse testing experience.
• Ability to write complex SQL queries for validation and reconciliation.
• Experience validating REST APIs and UI data.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform ETL testing and validate data movement from source to target systems.
• Create and execute test cases for data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
• Validate data mapping and transformation rules as per business requirements.
• Write complex SQL queries to perform data validation and reconciliation.
• Analyze source and target database records to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Perform API testing using Postman and Swagger.
• Conduct UI testing to validate data displayed in front-end applications.
• Identify, log, track, and retest defects.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Prepare test reports and maintain testing documentation.

Required Skills

SQL Skills
