Job summary

Pinnacle Info Services is seeking a detail-oriented professional in Gujarat, India to manage BOM preparation for PCC/MCC/VFD/PLC panels, review drawings and specifications, and ensure accurate project costing. The role involves ERP-based estimation, techno-commercial meeting support, and price verification against estimation sheets to maintain competitive bids.

The candidate should be proficient in ERP tools, especially SAP, and have familiarity with ISO 9001 standards.

Qualifications

• Prepare BOM for PCC, MCC, VFD and PLC panels as per Load list and IO list.
• Review drawings, specifications and other documentation for submitting offers.
• Evaluate changes and review estimations to ensure accurate project costs.
• File preparation for techno-commercial meetings.
• Cross-check final ordered sheet prices with final estimation sheet.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and ISO 9001 rules and regulations.

Responsibilities
