Job summary

sap Architects currently seeks a BOQ Estimator / Quantity Take-Off Specialist to support our growing flooring and commercial projects. You will prepare accurate BOQs from architectural drawings, perform detailed quantity take-offs and assist with tender pricing and cost estimation.

The role requires strong numerical skills, reading of architectural drawings, and proficiency in Excel. Experience with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, CostX or MeasureSquare is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in BOQ/Quantity Surveying/Estimation.
• Ability to read architectural and construction drawings.
• Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of Excel.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, CostX, MeasureSquare or similar estimating software is an advantage.
• Flooring, interiors or construction industry experience preferred.
• Good written and spoken English communication skills.
