Growth For Impact is seeking a qualified ESG consultant to analyze data, perform ratings and due diligence, and advise on reporting and strategy. You will work with a global team to ensure alignment with CSRD, SFDR, and EU Taxonomy, while contributing to new ESG products and sustainability improvements.

The role requires strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with proficiency in MS Office and programming knowledge considered a plus.

• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• MS Office proficiency; programming knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with the global team and clients to analyze ESG data and provide insights.
• Conduct ESG rating assessments, gap analyses, due diligence, EU Taxonomy, CSRD, SFDR.
• Deliver advisory services on ESG reporting, sustainability strategy, and risk management.
• Stay updated with global ESG standards to meet market expectations.
• Contribute to refining existing ESG products and developing new ones.
• Lead initiatives to enhance the sustainability performance of Growth For Impact.

ROLE

• Collaborate with the global team and clients to analyze ESG data, providing valuable insights to investors and decision‑makers.
• Conduct comprehensive ESG Rating assessments, Gap Analyses, ESG Due Diligence, EU Taxonomy, CSRD assessments, SFDR Compliance, sustainability‑linked loan assessments, and develop Carbon Footprint strategy reports.
• Utilize deep expertise in ESG and sustainability to deliver high‑quality advisory services on ESG reporting, sustainability strategy, and risk management.
• Stay current with global ESG standards and frameworks, ensuring the firm’s services meet evolving market expectations.
• Contribute to the refinement of existing ESG products and the development of new ones.
• Lead initiatives to enhance the sustainability performance of Apex Group.

REQUIREMENTS

• Master’s degree in environmental engineering or sustainability; additional sustainability certifications are a plus.
• Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and influence internal and external stakeholders, including proficiency in video conferencing, written communication, and presentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of programming languages is a plus.
