Growth For Impact is seeking an experienced ESG advisor to develop data-driven strategies that help investment teams and portfolio companies reduce carbon emissions and set targets. You will lead initiatives to enhance sustainability performance across the organization and contribute to innovative ESG offerings.

You will stay current with global ESG standards, frameworks, and reporting requirements (SASB, GRI, TCFD, SFDR) to ensure our services align with market expectations and regulatory

Competenze

• Extensive experience in climate change, sustainability, and advisory roles.
• Hands-on carbon footprint analysis, GHG assessment, and climate risk advisory.
• Strong knowledge of SBTi, LCA, ISO14044/14064, and decarbonization strategies.
• Familiarity with SASB, GRI, TCFD, UNPRI, CSRD/NFRD and SFDR.
• Proven ability to collect, analyze, and report data effectively.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

ROLE

• Develop and execute data‑driven strategies to assist investment managers and portfolio companies in reducing carbon emissions and setting targets.
• Lead initiatives to improve the sustainability performance of the Apex Group and promote responsible business practices across the organization.
• Contribute to the enhancement of existing ESG products and the development of innovative new offerings.
• Stay informed on global ESG standards and frameworks, ensuring the firm’s services meet current and emerging market expectations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Extensive experience in climate change, environmental issues, and sustainability, particularly within reputable consulting or advisory firms, financial services, or research organizations.
• Hands‑on experience in carbon footprint analysis, GHG assessment, and climate risk advisory, with strong technical expertise in climate change, SBTi, LCA, ISO14044/14064, decarbonization strategies, and climate risk modeling.
• Deep understanding of sustainability challenges across various industry sectors.
• Proficiency in ESG frameworks such as SASB, GRI, TCFD, UNPRI, CSRD/NFRD, and SFDR.
• Strong skills in quantitative and qualitative data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders effectively.
• High proficiency in video conferencing, written communication, and presentation skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
