Job summary

Al Bany Group is seeking a senior, autonomous ERPNext Developer / Solution Architect to lead end-to-end ERPNext implementations—covering server architecture, workflow mapping, module configuration and deployment.

You will map EPC workflows into ERPNext modules, write custom Python/JavaScript apps, and perform data migration from spreadsheets and legacy systems. You’ll train teams across sites and oversee the go-live process.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on ERPNext deployment and customization.
• Proven track record delivering at least one end-to-end ERPNext implementation.
• Strong stack: Python, JavaScript, Jinja, MariaDB/SQL, Linux server administration.
• Understanding construction finance, multi-currency accounting, and procurement logistics.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End ERPNext implementation including server architecture and greenfield rollout.
• Map EPC workflows into ERPNext modules.
• Write custom Python/JavaScript apps, server scripts, and APIs for EPC logic.
• Data migration from spreadsheets and legacy systems to ERPNext database.

Job description

Al Bany Group is looking for a senior, autonomous ERPNext Developer / Solution Architect to lead our digital transformation in ERP with end-to-end implementation of ERPNext —from server architecture and workflow mapping to module configuration, custom coding, and final deployment.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Implementation: Set up and manage the core system architecture (Frappe Cloud, AWS, or local servers) and handle the full greenfield rollout.

Business Mapping: Map EPC workflows (BOQ tracking, Project Costing/WBS, and Supply Chain) into standard ERPNext modules.

Bespoke Development: Write custom Python/JavaScript apps, server scripts, and APIs to handle complex EPC logic like Running Account (RA) billing and subcontractor certifications.

Data Migration: Extract, clean, and migrate historical data from our existing spreadsheets and legacy systems into the new ERPNext database.

User Training & Go-Live: Create user access levels, train internal teams across sites, and manage the system launch.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience deploying and customizing ERPNext and the Frappe Framework.
• Proven track record of delivering at least one full, end-to-end ERPNext implementation from scratch (ideally in construction, manufacturing, or engineering).
• Strong technical stack: Python, JavaScript, Jinja, MariaDB/SQL, and Linux server administration (bench CLI).
• Strong business acumen to understand complex construction finance, multi-currency accounting, and procurement logistics.
