Al Bany Group is looking for a senior, autonomous ERPNext Developer / Solution Architect to lead our digital transformation in ERP with end-to-end implementation of ERPNext —from server architecture and workflow mapping to module configuration, custom coding, and final deployment.
End-to-End Implementation: Set up and manage the core system architecture (Frappe Cloud, AWS, or local servers) and handle the full greenfield rollout.
Business Mapping: Map EPC workflows (BOQ tracking, Project Costing/WBS, and Supply Chain) into standard ERPNext modules.
Bespoke Development: Write custom Python/JavaScript apps, server scripts, and APIs to handle complex EPC logic like Running Account (RA) billing and subcontractor certifications.
Data Migration: Extract, clean, and migrate historical data from our existing spreadsheets and legacy systems into the new ERPNext database.
User Training & Go-Live: Create user access levels, train internal teams across sites, and manage the system launch.
