Job summary

Akhilam Consulting LLP in Surat seeks an experienced ERPNext Functional Consultant to translate business requirements into ERP solutions and drive successful ERPNext implementations. You will map As-Is processes and design To-Be workflows, ensuring effective adoption and value realization.

You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to tailor ERP modules (Accounting, Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory) and provide training, documentation, and ongoing support in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of experience in ERP/ERPNext implementation or functional consulting.
• Strong understanding of business processes, particularly Accounting & Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory and related operations.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into practical ERP workflows.
• Strong communication, documentation, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to work closely with both clients and technical/development teams.

We are looking for a highly analytical and process-driven ERPNext Functional Consultant who can understand business requirements, analyze existing workflows, and translate them into effective ERP solutions.

The ideal candidate will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure successful ERP implementation, process improvement, and user adoption.
