Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. seeks a Manager, ERP Engineering (BTP Integration Suite) to lead the design, build, deployment, and reliable operation of SAP S/4HANA integrations with internal and external systems.

You will drive API-led connectivity, event-driven architecture, and B2B/EDI while strengthening security and governance. You will guide cross-functional teams, align business requirements with IT, and advance AI-enabled integration initiatives across PTP, OTC, DTC, and FICO processes.

Qualifications

• 10–14+ years of SAP Integration experience with SAP PI/PO, SAP BTP Integration Suite.
• Hands-on experience with REST, SOAP, OData, IDoc, EDI, SFTP, AS2, APIs, and integration troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP integration engineering across SAP S/4HANA and connected systems.
• Own the end-to-end integration lifecycle: architecture, development standards, deployment, monitoring, and RCAs.
• Mentor teams, coordinate onsite/offshore delivery, manage releases and production support.

Summary of the role: The Manager, ERP Engineering (BTP Integration Suite) leads the design, build, deployment, and reliable operation of integrations connecting SAP S/4HANA with internal applications, external partners, and cloud platforms. The role sits within ERP Engineering, Integration & Platform and partners closely with SAP functional, development, infrastructure, and support teams. This leader will modernize the integration landscape through SAP BTP Integration Suite, API-led connectivity, event-driven architecture, B2B/EDI, intelligent automation, and practical AI adoption while strengthening security, observability, release governance, and production reliability across PTP, OTC, DTC, and FICO processes.

About the Job Lead ERP integration engineering across SAP S/4HANA and connected systems, translating business-process needs into secure, scalable, and supportable solutions using SAP BTP Integration Suite. Own the end-to-end integration lifecycle, including architecture, interface specifications, development standards, deployment, monitoring, incident prevention, root-cause analysis, recovery, and continuous improvement. Build reusable integration capabilities across APIs, iFlows, events, B2B/EDI, IDoc, OData, SOAP, REST, MFT, and hybrid landscapes while maintaining strong connectivity, auditability, reconciliation, and security controls. Guide and mentor integration teams, coordinate onsite and offshore delivery, prioritize releases and production support, and align business, application, infrastructure, and vendor stakeholders. Advance AI-enabled integration engineering by identifying practical opportunities for generative AI, intelligent automation, AI agents, anomaly detection, accelerated development, and improved incident response. Drive measurable improvements in reliability, delivery quality, operational visibility, and controlled execution for business-critical data flows.

About You

10–14+ years of SAP Integration experience, including SAP PI/PO, SAP BTP Integration Suite, and enterprise integration delivery. Strong expertise in SAP Integration Suite, MuleSoft, API Management, IBM MFT, IBM MQ, Event Mesh, and B2B/EDI integrations. Hands-on experience with REST, SOAP, OData, IDoc, EDI, SFTP, AS2, APIs, message mapping, and integration troubleshooting. Proven experience leading integration teams, managing releases, production support, incident management, RCA, and continuous improvement initiatives. Strong understanding of SAP business processes, including FICO, OTC, PTP, sales, billing, master data, and financial integrations. Experience with cloud, hybrid integration architectures, API gateways, observability, security, and integration governance. Hands-on experience with Generative AI, AI Agents, RAG, LLMs, prompt engineering, and enterprise AI integrations. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem‑solving skills; S/4HANA and Fashion/Retail experience preferred. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
