Job summary

Techvaria Solutions Pvt Ltd. seeks an experienced ERP Functional Consultant in Bangalore to lead ERP implementations and configurations across Odoo, Zoho, SAP, or similar platforms.

You will translate business requirements into ERP solutions, work with clients and internal teams through the implementation lifecycle, and contribute to testing, training, and go-live activities. The role requires strong communication, project coordination, and the ability to tailor ERP processes to business needs

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as ERP Functional Consultant/Business Analyst.
• Hands-on with ERP platforms (Odoo, Zoho, SAP, or similar).
• Strong ERP implementation and business process mapping knowledge.
• Experience in requirement gathering and functional solution design.
• Good knowledge of Sales/CRM, Purchase, Inventory, Finance, Manufacturing, HR & Payroll, Projects.

Responsibilities

• Conduct requirements sessions with clients to capture business processes.
• Analyze current processes and identify ERP improvement opportunities.
• Map requirements to ERP functionality and design solutions.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ERP Functional Consultant with 4+ years of experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting ERP solutions such as Odoo, Zoho, SAP, or similar ERP platforms.

The ideal candidate will have strong business process knowledge, excellent client-facing skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective ERP solutions. The candidate will work closely with clients, internal technical teams, and stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct requirement-gathering sessions with clients and stakeholders to understand business processes and operational requirements.
  

• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for ERP-based improvements.
  

• Map business requirements to ERP functionalities and prepare appropriate solution designs.
  

• Configure ERP modules based on business requirements.
  

• Prepare functional requirement specifications and coordinate with development teams for customizations and integrations.
  

• Work closely with technical teams to explain functional requirements and validate delivered solutions.
  

• Conduct functional testing, system testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  

• Prepare test cases, user manuals, process documentation, and training materials.
  

• Conduct user training and product demonstrations for clients.
