Job summary

Carrier is seeking an ERP-Customer Master Data professional in Delhi to manage customer data and contracts within SAP or Oracle. You will support National Accounts and handle service contracts, invoicing, and PMS-related activities with strong Excel skills.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in service backend operations, data management, and exposure to large business environments. This role is full-time and onsite in Delhi.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required in any discipline.
• 3–5 years in service backend operations or similar.
• Strong data management and ERP data handling skills.
• Experience with SAP and Excel essential.

About the role:

As a Customer Data Management / Sales Support (3-5 Years) professional the person will be responsible for below areas:

• Support National Accounts managers/sales teams
• Manage customer and contract data in ERP either SAP OR Oracle.
• Handle service contract processing and sales support activities.
• Experience in service business/data management preferred.
• Advanced MS Excel skills required.
• Exposure to working in large business environment

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Role Responsibilities:

• Customer Data Validation & Renewal Planning Share previous year's AMC & Warranty expiry data with Branches and the National Accounts team. Validate customer details, map the appropriate cost center, and obtain customer confirmation before AMC renewal.
• Annexure Management Receive the finalized annexure from the customer. Process reconciliation and upload differential data for branch validation and PMS generation.
• SAP Contract Creation Create customer contracts in SAP to ensure accurate revenue recognition and cost allocation. Maintain complete documentation and compliance with company policies.
• PMS Closure & Customer Invoicing Close PMS after service completion. Share invoices with customers. Reverse provisional contracts wherever applicable. Reconcile PMS records with actual service completion and generate accurate invoices along with PMS links and annexures.
• PMS Cancellation Management Cancel future PMS schedules in SAP when machines are removed from customer sites or contracts are discontinued by channel partners.
• Outstanding & Payment Reconciliation Monitor outstanding PMS cases. Perform payment adjustments in SAP. Coordinate with branches and finance teams to ensure timely closure.
• Quality Assurance & Process Improvement Monitor PMS quality and compliance across branches. Identify process gaps and implement corrective actions. Reduce audit observations and improve invoice submission timelines.

Role Purpose:

• Accurate validation of customer master data.
• Timely AMC renewal processing.
• Accurate SAP contract creation.
• PMS reconciliation with 100% invoicing accuracy.
• Timely payment reconciliation and adjustment.
• Reduced audit observations through improved process compliance.Faster invoice submission and enhanced customer satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements:

• Education : Bachelor Degree.
• Minimum 3 to 5 year experience in service backend operations
• SAP and Excel knowledge.
• Strong skills in data management.
• Ability to coordinate with branch and National account team.
• Understanding of SOP and audit requirements.
