Job summary

Honeybee Tech Solutions in Bengaluru seeks an experienced ERP Application Service Manager (SAP) to lead SAP applications, service delivery, and operational excellence. You will drive uptime, performance, and continuous improvements while coordinating with business stakeholders.

The role requires strong leadership of ERP analysts and engineers, hands-on SAP expertise (GTS, Solution Manager, Cloud ALM), and collaboration across SAP integrations, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in ERP/SAP application management.
• Minimum 5 years of team leadership experience.
• Hands-on experience with SAP GTS, SAP Solution Manager, and SAP Cloud ALM.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Architecture, ITIL, ERP Operations, SAP Cloud, Azure, AWS, and SAP Integrations.
• Experience managing SAP implementation, support, and enhancement projects.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Agile, and DevOps methodologies.
